Bring Your Own (Absentee) Ballot
You’re registered to vote. Now what?
Are you…
• Overwhelmed by all the initiatives, advisory votes, and local offices on your ballot?
• Not sure what sources you can trust to help you make informed decisions?
• Do you just need time to devote to researching and voting so it doesn’t sit on your to-do list until after Election Day?
We’re here to help.
Join us at the WCC on October 24th at 5:30 pm for a short presentation by Kris Kasianovitz from Green Library. She will go over non-partisan resources to help you be an informed voter. Bring your absentee ballot if you have one, because after the presentation we will devote time to research ballot items in groups by state and/or region, while Kris will be available to answer questions. We will have snacks provided by the WCC and stamps provided by SIG!
You will walk away with:
• A plan to vote or to return your absentee ballot
• A copy of a curated guide with resources for educating yourself as a voter
• A better understanding of the items on your ballot, no matter where you are registered to vote
